The program primarily features art song and opera from the 19th and 20th centuries including a set of songs by the underappreciated 19th century composer, Peter Cornelius. Originally scheduled for 2024, it has been rescheduled for January 15 at noon in the Grebel Chapel.
Every year since its inception, Magisterra Soloists has presented a concert honouring the victims of the Holocaust, highlighting how art has and will always be a valuable form of expression during times of hardship. Magisterra Soloists and Fellows will perform the music of Holocaust survivors.

This concert features Shahriyar Jamshidi, an Illustrious Kurdish-Canadian Kamānche player, composer and vocalist.
Orchestra@UWaterloo plays a selection of Beethoven's pieces, including Symphony No. 7.
