Directed by noted cellist Ben Bolt-Martin, five different chamber ensembles will play a selection of classical music pieces.
Every year since its inception, Magisterra Soloists has presented a concert honouring the victims of the Holocaust, highlighting how art has and will always be a valuable form of expression during times of hardship. Magisterra Soloists and Fellows will perform the music of Holocaust survivors.
This term will feature a mixed program of straight ahead big band swing inspired by the "Count Basie Orchestra", Gordon Goodwin and his "Big Phat Band" as well as Rob McConnell’s "Boss Brass”.
