Optimizing Our Academic Potential Workshop

Facilitated by Professor Margaret (Mags) Watson, of the Universities of Strathclyde and Bath (honorary) in the UK, the purpose of this workshop is to highlight behaviours with which academics should engage to enhance their effectiveness in their academic roles.  The content is informed by the results of interviews with an international cohort of successful academics from a wide range of disciplines and supplemented by literature.  The hands-on 2 hour workshop will be interactive with didactic sessions, small group work and group discussion.
