To ensure that your department guest is registered with Parking Services please fill out the following information 24 hours prior to your visitor arriving. Failure to provide this information may result in your guest being ticketed.
We recognize that 24 hour notice may not always be possible. In the event of a short notice arrival, please complete this form and call x33100 to advise of the late booking. This information will then be passed along to enforcement.
The parking control officers will inquire about all vehicles parked in reserved spaces before issuing a ticket. If necessary, Parking Services may call to confirm a reservation with the Department Contact.
