This page contains the Co-op Request Application. Health Sciences and Public Health students in regular streams should submit this application no later than the end of their first year, on April 30 at 11:59 p.m. The online webform will open 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024.
Students who have accepted an offer of transfer into our SPHS programs from another post-secondary institution and have received four credit courses or more are not eligible for co-op. We encourage these transfer students to explore The EDGE certificate to enhance their academic experience and acquire new skills.
Please note that submission of this application does not guarantee the approval of co-op as there will be limited spaces available. A minimum cumulative and major (HLTH) average of 80% is required to be considered as competitive.
