Challenges in modeling cognitive aging

The School of Public Health Sciences welcomes Dr. Terry Therneau, professor of biostatistics at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and Consultant in the Division of Clinical Trials and Biostatistics, Department of Health Sciences Research. Dr. Therneau will discuss key issues in modeling cognitive aging for both direct measures of cognition (e.g. memory tests and activities of daily living) and assessment of underlying processes via biomarkers.
