As of Oct 31st 2022, the main IQC entrance door is now locked (requiring a keyfob) during business hours. It has temporarily reverted to requiring keyfob access during the daytime due to an increase in disruptive noise on the IQC side of the building. Unfortunately this change will negatively impact some labmembers’ access to our computer lab in the QNC B211 room. I would like to apologize for this inconvenience on behalf of the QNFCF team.
Labmembers who are impacted by this change and need to use QNC B211 can go to the IQC main entrance and request entrance by using a doorbell that has been installed. There should be a receptionist stationed at the door during normal working hours and they should assist you in opening the door so you can proceed with your work.
