Chinese Assessment Form

Students who are interested in taking Chinese language courses at Renison University College (affiliated with the University of Waterloo) must first complete this questionnaire. This form will help us place you at the appropriate level of Chinese language courses. 

Based on your answers to this form you may be required to complete an additional placement assessment or may be contacted for an interview.

Completion of this form is for assessment purposes only and does not guarantee a place in an Chinese language course. 

Results are kept on file for one year. If you believe you may have completed an assessment previously within the last year, please email ren-reg@uwaterloo.ca with your first and last name and student ID #.
