Arabic Assessment Form

Students who are interested in taking Arabic language courses at Renison University College (affiliated with the University of Waterloo) must first complete this questionnaire. This form will help us place you at the appropriate level of Arabic. 

Based on your answers to this form you may be required to complete an additional placement assessment or may be contacted for an interview.

Completion of this form is for assessment purposes only and does not guarantee a place in an Arabic language course. 

In submitting this form, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate. I am aware that providing inaccurate information is considered an academic offense as defined in UW policy 71 ( subject to penalty up to and including expulsion. 

Results are kept on file for one year. If you believe you may have completed an Arabic Assessment previously within the last year, please email with your name and student ID #.
