Winter 2026 Renison Course Waitlist Instructions
To add yourself to the waitlist for a Winter 2026 Renison course, please follow the steps below:
How to Submit a Waitlist Request
- Complete a separate waitlist form for each course and section you wish to be considered for.
- Ensure all required fields are filled in. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
- Do not submit duplicate requests. Multiple submissions for the same course will not improve your chances and may delay processing.
Important Notes
- ASL courses do not have waitlists. We do not override enrolment limits for these courses. Please monitor enrolment numbers in Quest or on the Schedule of Classes and register if a spot becomes available.
- Co-op students: If the waitlisted course is your second course during a co-op term, we cannot reserve a space for you even if you're next on the list. Second courses can only be added one week before classes begin.
- Removing yourself from a waitlist: If you no longer wish to remain on a waitlist, please email renison.regservices@uwaterloo.ca to request removal.
- No phone requests: Renison does not accept course enrolment or waitlist requests by phone.
- Waitlist position inquiries: We do not provide updates on your position in the queue. Students are registered in the order requests are received.
