Prof Jason Thistlethwaite: Canadian homeowners in the dark about flood risks

Professor Jason Thistlethwaite joined Anna Maria Tremonti on CBC Radio's The Current to talk about the current flooding and implications for homeowners. A new study titled, Canadian Voices on Changing Flood Risk, surveyed 2,300 people living in high-risk flood zones across Canada.
