Independent living on campus
Live close to your classes but in your own space.
We offer various accommodation styles for graduate students, post-graduate scholars, and visiting professors in our Graduate Apartments right on campus. These accommodations offer individual air temperature control, shared recreation spaces, laundry facilities, and paid parking is available on-site. Utilities, including wifi, are included in fees. Meal plans are available for purchase but are not required in the Graduate Building.
Various configurations and layouts are designed to suit your needs including options for single individuals, or those living with families. The Graduate Apartment Building is a smoke-free facility.
Hotel-style guest rooms are also offered to campus visitors for shorter stays.

Shared Suites
Our suites are shared accommodations available to single students.
Shared suite units are fully furnished with bedroom furniture, lounge furniture, and a dining table with chairs. Kitchen appliances include a fridge, stove and microwave.
2 and 3-bedroom suites offer a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and individual locking bedrooms.
Economy suites offer a shared bathroom and kitchen and individual locking bedrooms. Please note this suite-style does not have a lounge space.
Private rooms
Private rooms offer a three-piece bathroom, double bed, desk with chair, dresser or wardrobe, microwave, and mini-fridge.
If you like to cook, you will have access to a shared kitchen or you can purchase a meal plan.
Apartments
1 and 2-bedroom apartments offer a full bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Kitchen appliances include a fridge, stove and microwave.
Furniture packages are available for rent or you can bring your own furniture.
Priority for our apartments must be for those living with family.
