The United College parking lot is accessible from Westmount Road. If turning off of University Ave it will be the first entrance on your right and turn left to go up the hill to access our lot. It takes just a few minutes to walk from our parking lot to the main area of the University of Waterloo’s south campus.
United residents and tenants
United students and tenants can purchase parking permits per term for $175 including taxes at the Student and Guest Services desk. Parking permits are available one month prior to the start of the new term.
- Fall term: August 1
- Winter term: December 1
- Spring term: April 2
Cash, debit and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment for parking permits.

Visitors
Daily parking passes are available to anyone at $8 including tax per day. We also offer 1 hour for $3, 2 hour for $6, and overnight passes for $5. You can purchase these via the HONK mobile app or website. You can either scan the QR code posted on the signs upon arrival, or you can purchase via the links below:

If you have issues or questions with our daily parking passes, please visit our Student & Guest Services Centre, located just inside our main entrance doors, during regular business hours.
United guest room visitors receive a free parking pass with their accommodations; the passes will be included in your check-in pack upon arrival and does not require guests to use the HONK app. The pass is valid until midnight on the day that you check out of your room.
