Undergraduate Residence Fees

United College is a not-for-profit institution. Fees are used to pay for the services we provide to students and to keep our facilities in good condition. Any leftover funds are used for student education and programming.

Your $500 deposit (paid directly to United College or through the 100% First Year Residence Guarantee) will be deducted from your first term's residence fees.

Your fees include:

  • Your room and all you can eat meal plan 
  • Student Union and Student Activity fee 
  • a levy to support refugee students (voluntary): $25/term

Due dates

Please refer to the Fee Payment page for all payment details. The balance of your residence fees is due:

  • Fall Term: July 31
  • Winter Term: December 7
  • Spring Term: April 11
