Guest rooms can hold one to two people per room, the cost is $115 per night plus tax. Discounted rates are available for stays of seven and thirty-plus consecutive days. Discounted rates may also be available for UWaterloo and United College students.
All reservations require a credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex, plus the expiry date to hold the room. Payments are not processed until the day of your arrival. If you are arriving on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the previous business day.
Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited so book today, if you plan on visiting the Waterloo region soon!
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your guest room reservation without penalty. If a cancellation should occur with less than 48 hours notice there may be a charge for one night stay.
Watson's Eatery at United College
Watson’s Eatery is located on the lower level of United College's main building and is available for guests to enjoy on-site food services. Meal tickets are available for purchase when booking or you can purchase meals at Watson's during their hours of operation.
Breakfast Ticket: $8.99 plus taxes
Lunch Ticket: $15.60 plus taxes
Dinner Ticket: $17.75 plus taxes
