The volume of information about internships can be overwhelming, so we've recruited a panel of upper-year students to bring clarity to the topic by sharing their experiences! Get the inside scoop on the 3rd year internship experience!

The Internship workshop is taking place on Thursday, February 2 via Microsoft Teams. This session is a follow-up to GBDA Internships 101 that was held in the Fall term.
Now that you’re in your first co-op interview cycle, you may have a few questions about your job search strategy and other tips/tricks to help you find a co-op job. At this session, we will cover:

Open to any GBDA student who wishes to learn more about going on an International Exchange! Students will have opportunities to submit questions to Faculty and Staff about going abroad for their GBDA & ARTS studies.
It’s co-op time! Join Kate and Rachel from Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) in room 1004 to review the job search process, get tips on applying for jobs and learn who to contact for help. A short presentation will be followed by Q&A so bring your questions!

Erin Kim and Ken Smith from Christie Digital will share their expertise in crafting a standout portfolio, featuring tips and tricks for showcasing your best work in areas like photography, typography, videography, animation, and more. This interactive Lunch and Learn will present tips and tricks to help better prepare YOU for the UX job market. Not only will you have the chance to meet with industry leaders in the field, but you'll also have the chance to win some great prizes. All attendees will also be able to enjoy a free catered lunch during the session.
