The Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) is a warm, welcoming, and all-inclusive space that provides Indigenous-led programming, services and events centered in supporting the University of Waterloo Indigenous community. Bringing together a vibrant and growing Indigenous campus community to support all UWaterloo Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) students throughout their academic journey.

Indigenous students, staff, faculty, as well as the broader urban Indigenous community, are all welcome to be a part of the WISC community. In the spirit of true and authentic reconciliation, we also welcome and work collaboratively with many Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners, both on- and off-campus, with the sole purpose of enhancing the Indigenous student experience. Every Indigenous campus community member is deeply valued, supported, and celebrated at WISC. You matter and you belong here!
