The Witer Learning Resource Centre's previous manager and liaison librarian, Kathy MacDonald, has recently published an article in the Journal of the Medical Library Association, entitled Evidence-based Practice instruction by faculty members and librarians in North American optometry and ophthalmology programs. In collaboration with Marlee Spafford and Patricia Hrynchak of the School of Optometry and Vision Science, Kathy surveyed North American optometry and ophthalmology faculty members and vision science librarians about their methods for teaching evidence-based practice (EBP).
