- Edits to existing regulations can be editorial in nature or require governance approval.
Process
Faculty regulations
- Edits to these academic regulations are normally submitted in Kuali CM by faculty-level contacts (vs departments/schools).
- Individuals with requests to create new regulations or retire existing regulations should reach out to their faculty's contacts.
University regulations
- Edits to these academic regulations are normally submitted in Kuali CM by the Office of the Registrar.
- Individuals with requests to create new regulations, update or retire existing regulations should reach out to the Manager, Curriculum and Calendar.
- Requests are reviewed internally in consultation with all faculties. Due to resources, it can take several calendar cycles for university-wide regulations to be updated or created.
