Spring 2024 Academic Integrity Workshop Registration Request

Once you complete this form, it will be sent to the workshop instructor and the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing that you wish to participate in the online workshop that will take place in May and early June.

I understand that: 

• I must successfully complete all of the modules and activities. Students will have access to the workshop materials in Learn beginning Monday, May 6th at 9AM.  
• I must register before the course opens (or no later than the day of) given that the first assignment is due a week after opening.
• There will be other students in the online workshop. This work shop is completely asynchronous. 
• This course will wrap up in approximately 4-5 weeks. 
• Failure to successfully complete the online workshop will result in a review of my file by the associate dean and revision of the penalty.
