Camp Environment: Spring Term Social

We invite you to join us on Thursday, July 9 for a community lunch on the EV3 Green at 2:00pm. We hope to gather together in the sunshine for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and fun.

All students, staff, faculty, and colleagues are welcome to attend. Lunch will be provided for Faculty of Environment guests.

In addition to enjoying lunch, attendees can take part in a variety of outdoor activities and connect with fellow members of our community.

We are especially excited to welcome some of our incoming first-year students, who will be joining us to experience the vibrant and welcoming spirit of the Faculty of Environment firsthand.

Homecoming: Class of 2021 and friends, 5-year class reunion

The Environment Class of 2021 is coming back together this September for its first class reunion. Alumni from across the Faculty's undergraduate programs are invited to return to Waterloo for a day of reconnecting, reminiscing and catching up with classmates.

Throughout the day, attendees can take part in Homecoming activities including the Alumni Breakfast, campus tours, Dean's Update and Environment Alumni Social before gathering at The Huether for a casual class get-together. ENBUS graduates also have the option of attending a class dinner in Toronto that evening.

Five years after graduation, this reunion offers an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, revisit familiar places and celebrate everything that's happened since your time at Waterloo.

Throughout the day, attendees can take part in Homecoming activities including the Alumni Breakfast, campus tours, Dean's Update and Environment Alumni Social before gathering at Arabella Park Beer Bar for a casual class reunion. Planning graduates also have the option of attending a class dinner in North York that evening.

Ten years later, this reunion offers an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, revisit familiar places and spend time with the people who shared such an important chapter of your life.

Under bright autumn skies and the buzz of conversation, the Faculty of Environment community gathered on the EV3 Green for its annual Fall Food Truck Social; a celebration of connection, conversation, and great tastes.

Trick or Treat in Environment

Join us in the Faculty of Environment for some trick or treats courtesy of the Dean's office staff on October 31, 2024 from 2:00-4:30pm on the first floor of Environment 1. Costumes are strongly encouraged, but not required!

All Faculty of Environment community members are welcome to participate. 

Important Note: Costumes should be respectful. Costumes that could be considered culturally insensitive or that perpetuate stereotypes are not allowed. We celebrate diversity and encourage costumes that honour and respect all cultures. Ensure that costumes do not pose safety risks. Props should be non-threatening and not pose any risk to others.

This event will follow the Soup and Bannock hosted by the Faculty of Environment, Dean's Office at United College.
