EC3 is located in the northeast corner of Parking Lot Q at the corner of Phillip St. and Columbia St. in Waterloo.
Parking passes can be purchased at the pay and display machine with coin, WatCard or credit card (Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit or Tim Hortons Visa are not accepted).
