What's involved?
- Review nomination packages in advance of the committee meeting at the end of April, referring to a rubric that aligns with the Teaching Effectiveness Framework, to shortlist 3 candidates for each award (approx. 1-3 hours per nominee)
- Review the courses shortlisted for the OCDA in LEARN (I will arrange for access to shortlisted courses for all committee members).
- Complete two Qualtrics surveys summarizing their thoughts about each of the nominees they reviewed
- Attend a 2-hr evaluation committee meeting in late April or early May to select the award recipients
