Office of Academic Integrity

Academic Integrity is the cornerstone of research, teaching, and learning. Members of the University of Waterloo community are expected to personally demonstrate academic integrity in their work and Academic Integrity has resources to inform and support graduate students, including the Graduate Academic Integrity Module (Graduate AIM).

Library

The Library provides services to support graduate student academics and research, including: borrowing privileges, interlibrary loans, equipment loans, study spaces, research guides, copyright information, and more!

IT Professional Development Courses

The ITPD program offers courses in technical and computing skills to University employees and grad students. Training is delivered through instructor-led workshops, many of the courses are hands-on. Workshops range from basic to advanced skills and include courses for applications, website management, project management and more.

Wellness Collaborative

The Wellness Collaborative is committed to continual improvement upon health and wellness at UWaterloo. The Wellness Collaborative wants to ensure that everyone in the university community understands and feels welcome to engage with their initiative. There are several ways for graduate students to get involved in the Wellness Collaborative.   

Responding to Disclosures of Sexual Violence on University Campuses in Ontario Training

This online training includes 7 modules with video scenarios, practice quizzes, and links to important resources to help you respond supportively and effectively to disclosures of campus sexual violence.

Sexual Violence on Campus: Foundations for Prevention and Support Training

This training is designed to establish a baseline understanding of sexual violence and relevant subtopics for all University of Waterloo members.

The Office of Indigenous Relations provides information on resources and allyship for anyone interested in learning more about indigenous cultures, terminology, and colonization in Canada.

The Office of Indigenous Relations is a central hub for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis researchers, faculty, and staff along with allies within the Waterloo campus community. They host events and gatherings throughout the year, providing spaces for learning and reflection.

Confronting Anti-Black Racism e-Learning Course

This self-directed course will explore the historical roots of anti-Black racism and white supremacy in the Americas. Particular emphasis will be placed on Canada’s settler colonial status.
