With the arrival of COVID, the Library’s Student Engagement Committee needed to find an effective way to keep you all engaged during these unprecedented times. After a little bit of trial and error the committee has found that newsletters are the way to go! Some of the newsletters that were completed included Holi-yay, Library Love Week and Asian Heritage Month. Each newsletter was jam-packed with cool information like recipes, book recommendations, movie recommendations, fun facts, creative participation submissions and so much more! They’re all been very successful and are very effective at relaying information and keeping you engaged with the Library!

Our most recent newsletter will be an issue in June that will be centred around Indigenous People’s day and Pride month! This newsletter will be jam-packed with a lot of new and interesting information such as Special Collection and Archive items, Research highlights and Ally toolkits.
