Our mission is to support student success here at University of Waterloo, which means providing the resources and services to support your academic life, but also providing opportunities that support your mental wellness.
Get research and assignment help
Don't know where to start? Make an appointment with your subject librarian. They know your area of study and can help you find resources and give you expert feedback on your assignment. They also have research guides by subject - one-stop-shopping for all your research needs from wherever you are, at any time of day.
Drop in at Dana Porter and Davis Centre Libraries to talk to experts from the Writing and Communication Centre, or go over your resume and cover letter with staff from the Centre for Career Action.
Want to get a jump on the next assignment? Check out our event listings for workshops that will give you the skills to excel.
Take a break
Each week the Library offers opportunities to take a break from your studies and have some fun, or just take a short break. Meet up with a friend in Browsers Cafe, find out what's happening on our event listings, or check us out on Instagram or Facebook to learn more about the Library or participate in a contest or game. If games are your thing, visit the Dana Porter Library circulation desk to sign out one of the new additions to our board game collection! Stay tuned for lots of events coming up for St. Patrick's Day and winter term wrap-up week.
