Brock Laschowski wins 2nd place in the 2015 International Sports Engineering Student Competition

Brock Laschowski wins 2nd place in the International Sport Engineering Association 2015 Student Project Competition. Brock investigated the effect of different oar designs on rowing biomechanics via model-based research and on-water experiments with elite rowers. This research was conducted in collaboration with the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario, Rowing Canada Aviron, and the University of Western Ontario.

Motion Research Group Collaborates with the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario and Curling Canada

Brock Laschowski, Naser Mehrabi, Borna Ghannadi, and professor John McPhee are working with Canada's Paralympic curlers to improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury.
