The University of Waterloo sixty-member orchestra will perform Wagner's Overture to Die Meistersinger, Mahler's Adagietto from Symphony no. 5 and Dvorak's Symphony no. 6. 

Big Band Jazz featuring the music of Weather Report, Count Basie, Quincy Jones, Thelonious Monk, Mike Tomaro & Antonio Carlos Jobim.

The KW Wind Quintet will play a selection of music by Debussy, Perné, and Taffenel.

Violinist Lucy Zhang and pianist Woobin Park will be performing Beethoven's Violin Sonata No. 1 and Brahms Violin Sonata No. 2. 

Join us on a sonic journey of shimmering melodies and electrifying rhythms to Bali and beyond.

This term's concert will explore various human journeys as often recounted through story, tale, or myth. The 70 voice choir is directed by Liska Jetchick and accompanied by Nicole Simone.

The UWaterloo Jazz Ensemble, directed by long time director Michael Wood, will perform a selection of jazz classics.

Beautiful Night 

You are invited to join the University Choir in an evening of songs that explore themes of night, landscape, and belonging. In a programme where introspection meets community, selections will include works by composers such as Wilbye, Schein, Gjeilo and Sankoff & Hein.

Enjoy the music of Paul Simmons, Duke Ellington & Paul Williams. There are many new faces in the band this term eager to share their talents and the love of Big Band Jazz.
