The School of Public Health Sciences (SPHS) wants to see your pets in the #SPHSPetContest!
The contest will begin on June 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EDT and end on June 27, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
How to enter
- Option 1: Reply to the #SPHSPetContest tweet on the UWaterloo SPHS Twitter account
- Option 2: Comment on the School of Public Health Sciences contest Facebook post
*Important: In your response, make sure to include what makes your pet special, and the hashtag #SPHSPetContest, e.g., “My dog Charlie loves to try and chase squirrels up into trees! #SPHSPetContest”
Selection process and prizes
All submissions that meet the contest criteria will be entered into a random draw, and two students will win a $20 gift card to the WStore!
Winning participants will be contacted through social media before July 1, 2022 to arrange details to receive their prize. Prizes must be picked up in person from the University, however, can be held until the participants are back on campus.
Rules
- This contest is only open to University of Waterloo School of Public Health Sciences current undergraduate and graduate students (but we encourage all members of the SPHS community to participate).
- You may only submit one response per channel. Additional submissions will not be accepted.
- Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, drugs or alcohol, or material that violates the rights of third parties.
- By entering the contest, you consent to the University of Waterloo using any material submitted for promotional purposes without compensation or notice.
