Teaching interests

I am passionate about teaching and learning, particularly at the intersection of health, communication, and human behaviour. I have always been fascinated by why people make the choices they do and the individual, social, and environmental factors that influence those decisions. As an educator, I aim to share that curiosity with students by creating engaging learning experiences that encourage them to think critically, ask questions, and explore the many dimensions of health.

I view teaching as a continual process of growth and reflection. My goal is not only to help students understand course concepts, but also to equip them with practical skills and the confidence to apply their learning beyond the classroom. I strive to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students feel respected, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
