Your alma mater is vast, that spans all industries and sectors, that includes alumni, like you, who are making significant impact in our community. As your journey continues as a SAF alumnus, remember to stay connected and get involved!

As our newest members of the alumni club, we are looking forward to having your stay involved with the school through any of the following options below!

We are always looking for donations to help fund new awards and scholarships like the Russel Family Scholarship.

Additional entrance scholarships will attract outstanding students. Upper-year and graduate awards and scholarships will retain top students by easing the financial burden of tuition. More than 100 SAF students now receive scholarships or awards, but many more deserve the same assistance. A greater array of awards and scholarships will mean students can put away their financial worries and focus on their studies. This will enable them to get the most out of their education experience at Waterloo - and to retain a competitive advantage in the marketplace and in their careers.

Invest in the future

• Donate to a project close to your heart
• Help raise funds by soliciting gifts from peers or companies, championing a specific cause, or helping identify prospective donors
• Sponsor an SAF event

• Volunteer to be an industry expert - speak to the media about current issues.
• Serve on boards and committees
  Many of University of Waterloo's advisory and decision-making committees include alumni representation. You may be interested in sitting on one of the following:
• uWaterloo Senate
• uWaterloo Board of Governors
• Alumni Council

These committees meet regularly and membership may be by invitation (recognizing, for example, previous participation in alumni activities and programs, and/or other professional, business or voluntary involvement).
