STARS REPORTSSTARS Silver Logo

In 2018, Waterloo earned a Silver rating in its first submission to the the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment, and Rating System (STARS), developed by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE). STARS is a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework specifically for higher education instituions that tracks efforts and performance in academics, operations, engagement, and planning and governance related to sustainability.

The results of Waterloo's submission, and those of all other participating colleges and universities, are publically available online on the STARS website.
