Abstract

In this talk, Prof. Moreno-Cruz will discuss:

• CDR in the context of climate overshoot.

• Talk about carbon in the climate cycle, and present some options including mitigation, CDR, solar radiation, and adaptation.

• Will look at different policies as portfolios, and explore risks associated with each and unintended outcomes.
