Applied Mathematics Seminar | Yannick Sire, Some problems involving anomalous diffusion

I will describe several models and their mathematics involving the fractional laplacian. These operators appear in many contexts in physics and mathematics. In the last decade, several works have been devoted to different aspects of nonlocal diffusion. I will describe some of them and state several open problems.
