I'm a Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. I've been a faculty member here since 2009, nine years after I graduated with a BMath from the same department. In between, I was a graduate student at McGill University and a postdoc at the National Center for Atmospheric Research and the University of Victoria.
