Spotlight on Research – Can AI Improve Faculty Well-being?

Few topics are as heated or polarizing in education as the adoption of AI. Love it or hate it, AI is here to stay. Cambra-Fierro, et al. (2024) explored the impact of ChatGPT adoption on faculty well-being. Their research was conducted with faculty members from a Business Administration and Management university in Spain. Their study found that adopting ChatGPT increased faculty happiness and energy, while diminishing their stress levels.
