Yarn Drop-in Stress Buster Sessions!
Yarn crafts have been gaining popularity and are an excellent way to reduce screen time.Research has shown that yarn crafts help to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, and improve well-being. They are an excellent mindfulness practice!
If you love yarn crafts (knitting, crochet, etc.), and would like to take a yarn break, have fun, connect with other yarners, enjoy a cup of tea, and indulge in your craft with like minded members of our community, then our Yarn Drop-in Sessions are for you!
Bring your own supplies and work on a personal project, or use donated supplies and make Positivity Yarn-creatures, or contribute to the Emergency Blanket Program.
