Well-being Wednesday
Each academic month, the FoE Community Well-being team publishes the Well-being Wednesday newsletter that highlights events and well-being tips, information, and topics of interest!
The newsletter is published on the second Wednesday of the month, although the publication day may be adjusted around the start of term and Reading Week.
I'd like to receive Well-being Wednesday
Well-being Wednesday is automatically sent to all members of the Faculty of Engineering Community.
If you are outside our community and would like to receive the Well-being Wednesday newsletter, please contact the Community Well-being Team.
Staying in the Loop
Staying in the Loop is the official newsletter of the FoE Community Yarn Program. Research shows yarn crafts help reduce stress, depression, and anxiety and improve overall well-being. They may even help reduce dementia risks and increase longevity.
The newsletter is sent on the first (academic) Tuesday of the month. We also send the occasional time-sensitive notice. If you'd like to stay informed about our events, classes, and support programs, then join our newsletter. Your information is respected and confidential.
I'd like to stay in the loop!
