FoE Community Well-being Chat and Recharge Cafes

Whether you have 5 mins or 60 mins, be sure to stop by and recharge!

One of the reasons marathon runners are able to run long distances and finish strong, is because they have learned the importance of effective pacing. (OK, they also train rigorously—but that training includes learning how to effectively pace themselves.)

Whether you are running a marathon or juggling the demands of school, work or your personal life, effective pacing is key.

Part of effective pacing is taking time to recharge and connect with others.

Whether you have 5 minutes or an hour, join us for our monthly Community Well-being Chat and Recharge Cafes!

Join us and enjoy a cup of tea (limited supply), chat with others, and participate a variety of recharge activities (or not, you are welcome to just chat or sip tea).

Possible activities include:

  • Colouring
  • Lego
  • Board games
  • Puzzles
  • Giant Connect 4 game
  • Build a tower of cups
  • Robotic therapy pets
  • Resource table where you to find tips and tools to help you recharge
  • And more!
