Call 1-800-563-0808 - a toll-free, confidential, multilingual service available across B.C. and Yukon 24/7 providing information and referral services to all victims of crime and immediate crisis support to victims of family and sexual violence, including victims of human trafficking exploited for labour or sexual services. Available in 150 languages, including multiple North American Indigenous languages.

  • Distress and Crisis Ontario - offers instant support and a variety of services to their communities and are a place where you can find a listening ear for anyone who is feeling lonely, depressed, is struggling with suicidal ideation, or who is otherwise in need of support.

  • Mental Health Helpline - Call 1-866-531-2600 

  • Good2Talk: Ontario’s 24/7 helpline for post-secondary students - Call 1-866-925-5454 OR text GOOD2TALKON to 686868. 

  • ConnexOntario - Call 1-866-531-2600 - provides 24/7 free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness and/or gambling.

  • BounceBack - free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness. Prince Edward Island
