FoE Wellness offers a variety of in-person and synchronous virtual sessions to support our community. For those who prefer asynchronous resources, we also have information on wellness related websites, research, and on-demand or self-directed session. Topics are timely and chosen in response to staff & faculty needs and requests. If you are interested in a specific topic and don't see it below, please contact the Community Wellness Team. If we cannot provide a synchronous session in a timely fashion, we will do our best to source resources and community options for you.
