Explore. Engage. Empower. Enjoy.
Join us for an interactive journey through well-being. The Well-being Discovery Expo is a dynamic, booth-to-booth experience designed to help you explore key aspects of personal well-being. From mental health and nutrition to sex, sleep, and stress management, each station offers valuable resources, insights, and practical tools to support your well-being goals.
Engage in activities, test your knowledge, and receive well-being information at each booth. Complete the circuit to be entered into a prize draw for a WatCard deposit and walk away with information to empower you to make well-being choices to support your mental and physical well-being. Enjoy a cup of warm tea and a game of Connect 4 or Jenga. You can also enter a draw for a chance to win $25 on your WatCard!
Whether you're just starting your well-being journey or looking to deepen your knowledge, this event is your gateway to well-being in the Faculty of Engineering, and the larger university community.
It doesn't matter if you have 5 minutes or 50, stop by, take a break, and enjoy this fun event.
