Sometimes we are working through complex situations that require more specialized support than a generic crisis line can provide. There are a variety of resources that have been developed to support individuals with specific concerns. Below are some of these specialized resources and support.

- Rapid Access Addiction Clinic (RAAC) (Waterloo-Wellington) - assists people who are struggling with substance dependency. At the RAAC, Medical Practitioners, Counselors, and Peer Support Workers are all available to provide assistance to everyone – regardless of substance used.
