Fall 2026 - Eight-Week Session
- Date: 8-weeks staring Fri, Sept 18.
- To Register: Email Lynn Long
- Everyone welcome
Whether you are new to journalling or looking to deepen your existing practice, this program is for you!
Using reflective journalling, you will learn to identify personal narratives that may be negatively shaping how you think and feel about yourself, as well as how you interact with others. Through this program, you will be introduced to a writing "toolbox" of techniques designed to help you recognize these patterns, reframe them, and begin cultivating healthier, more life-giving ways to thinking.
The program is based on Lengelle & Meijer's (2029) Transformation Through Writing model, grounded in extensive research demonstrating how writing can support individuals in processing challenging personal or workplace experiences, working through negative thought patterns, and transforming their perspectives to move forward both personally and professionally.
Program Overview
This fall, we are offering an eight-week session designed to help you build a sustainable journalling-for-wellbeing routine:
- Weekly email sessions will guide you through each of the six core writing tools. These lessons introduce the purpose of each tool and provide structured opportunities for practice.
- Weekly virtual drop-in sessions will be available for optional, guided practice and support as you build your journalling habit in a flexible, low-pressure environment.
If you miss a session, we've got you covered. Everything is available in the Journalling for Wellbeing Learn Site. You can self-register and access the materials anytime via the program homepage.
