Yarn crafts have been gaining popularity and are an excellent way to reduce screen time.Research has shown that yarn crafts help to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, and improve well-being. They are an excellent mindfulness practice!

If you love yarn crafts (knitting, crochet, etc.), and would like to take a yarn break, have fun, connect with other yarners, enjoy a cup of tea, and indulge in your craft with like-minded members of our community, then our Yarn Drop-in Sessions are for you! 

Bring your own supplies and work on a personal project, or use donated supplies and make Positivity Yarn-creatures, or contribute to the Emergency Blanket Program.
