This can, in turn, impact our ability to focus, productivity levels, and memory.
Some activities that help reduce muscle tension include:
- Proper ergonomic alignment when studying or working

- Progressive relaxation techniques
- Message or physio therapy
- Heat compress (before using heat, check with your physician as some conditions can be aggravated by heat).
- Drink more water
