Though the not-for-profit sector can stretch you to your limit, I woke up almost every day glad to go to work, grateful for the inspiring, committed people I got to interact with. - Sabrina Bowman
Sabrina graduated from Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and has spent 15 years working in the not-for-profit sector on environment, politics, and international health in Ottawa, San Francisco, and Toronto. She helped establish two organizations, has grown and managed teams, developed strategy, and implemented ambitious national projects. Sabrina is a trainer at the Institute for Change Leaders and the Chair of their alumni board. She has volunteered on political campaigns, community projects, on bicycle advocacy, and has sat on several boards. She is a mentor and supporter of young leaders. Sabrina enjoys dance parties, co-housing, nature and cycling.
