Adaptation Extension Liaison, Climate Risk Institute

Suzanne Seiling (BES '12|MCC '14) is an Adaptation Extension Liaison with the Climate Risk Institute. As a liaison with Canadian and international stakeholders, she supports and advances adaptation and mitigation to climate change. With areas of experience and expertise including vulnerability and risk assessments, community adaptation planning, research, capacity building, she supports the facilitation of peer-to-peer dialogue between communities and sectors through webinars, presentations, and regional workshops. Suzanne researches and translates climate science information into factsheets, reports, and web content for a variety of users and audiences. Recently, she was lead author of a report comparing current approaches for conducting climate change vulnerability assessments in the Great Lakes Basin.
