On-campus: Friday, December 6 (4 pm) and Saturday, December 7 (9 am, 4 pm and 7:30 pm), ET
At an exam centre: Saturday December 7 (9 am and/or 2 pm) local time
With a proctor: between December 6 and 9, at a mutually agreed upon place and time, local time
Examination centre selection deadline: November 1, 3 pm ET
Proctor submission deadline: November 1, 3 pm ET
