Are you enthusiastic about student-driven initiatives? Do you want to contribute to the graduate student community at the University of Waterloo?

The Graduate Studies Endowment Fund (GSEF) strives to improve the social, academic, and overall experience of graduate students. GSEF is looking to hire a new Treasurer to oversee all activities related to GSEF finances. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and committed group of graduate students across UWaterloo, and it is a great experience to have on your CV!

• Vice-coordinator for student engagement: Propose new initiatives to the board that will improve the social and/or academic experience of grad students.
• Faculty of Environment representative: Join the Project Review Committee and offer your unique perspectives and experiences by helping to review student-led project applications and make funding recommendations.
• Faculty of Math representative: Join the Project Review Committee and offer your unique perspectives and experiences by helping to review student-led project applications and make funding recommendations. Two positions are available.
• Faculty of Health representative: Join the Project Review Committee and offer your unique perspectives and experiences by helping to review student-led project applications and make funding recommendations.
• Faculty of Art representative: Join the Project Review Committee and offer your unique perspectives and experiences by helping to review student-led project applications and make funding recommendations.

GSEF is looking to hire a new Coordinator to lead the Project Review Committee and Board meetings, develop new initiatives to address graduate student needs, and carry out the day-to-day affairs of GSEF. Please see the Coordinator Job Description for more details.
